Building a “modernization of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature” is closely related to both enterprise and ecological civilization construction. Green and low-carbon initiatives, energy conservation, and emissions reduction are social responsibilities that enterprises must continue to uphold in the new era. MACMIC Technology’s main product, IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor), is globally recognized as a representative product of the third technological revolution in power electronics. It is widely referred to as the “CPU” of power conversion devices. Using IGBTs for power conversion improves energy efficiency and quality, with high energy-saving and environmentally friendly characteristics. It is a key technology in addressing energy shortages and reducing carbon emissions.

The electric motors produced and used in China generally fall below the third-level energy efficiency standard. To meet this standard, IGBT-based speed control technology must be applied to improve the overall energy efficiency of motors by 5%-8%. This could save around 200 billion kWh of electricity annually, equivalent to the annual power generation of two Three Gorges power plants, and reduce approximately 1.8 billion kilograms of carbon dioxide emissions. Clearly, IGBT has become a core component for energy-saving and emission-reduction, positioning it as the green core in power electronic equipment.
The company declares that the tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold (3TG), and cobalt metals used in its products and manufacturing processes do not originate from organizations that violate human rights in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its surrounding countries/regions.
